Cantaloupe Melon Butter

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coarsley chopped cantaloupe (or papaya or peaches)
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions:

  1. In a small saucepan simmer fruit unitl soft. Cool to room temperature.
  2. Place all ingredients in blender or food processor until smoothe.
  3. Shape butter into a roll. wrap in plastic wrap.
