Buttery Apples and Cabbage

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a pot stir in 1 cup water add cabbage, cover and cook until cabbage is crisp but tender, drain.
  2. In a pan add the butter, salt, nutmeg stir until butter is melted.
  3. Add the apples, cover and stir occasionally until apples are crisp tender.
  4. Sprinkle with parsley and serve while hot.
