Butterscotch Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350^.
  2. Crust:
  3. Completely combine all ingredients.
  4. Butter the sides and bottom of 10 inch spring-pan.
  5. Press the crumb mixture up the sides about 2 inches and onto the bottom.
  6. Place in freezer to set.
  7. Filling:
  8. Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  9. Add eggs one at a time.
  10. Fold in melted butterscotch.
  11. Add melted butter and whipping cream, mixing thoroughly.
  12. Stir in mini-chips.
  13. Pour into prepared pan and bake at 350^ for 55-65 minutes.
  14. Let cool and refrigerate before serving.
