  1. Mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Combine buttermilk, eggs, oil and honey; add to dry ingredients and mix well. Pour batter 1/4 cupfuls onto a lightly greased hot griddle; turn when bubbles form on top of pancakes, Cook until second side is golden brown. For orange butter, combine butter and honey in a medium; beat well. Stir in orange juice concentrate until smooth. Serve with pancakes.
  2. Yield 12 pancakes
