Buttermilk Dressing Coleslaw

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 2 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 2 (10-oz) packages finely shredded cabbage

Directions:

  1. Whisk together first 8 ingredients in a large bowl until blended. Add cabbage and shredded carrot to bowl, and toss to coat. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
