Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. Grease a 13 x 9 inch pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
  3. In large bowl, combine eggs, sugar, 1/2 cup cocoa, and salt and mix well.
  4. Add melted margarine, matzah cake meal, 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips and chopped walnuts.
  5. Pour into prepared pan.
  6. Bake at 325 degrees F for 40-55 minutes until top looks shiny and dry.
  7. Be very careful not to overbake.
  8. Allow to cool in pan.
  9. Glaze:
  10. Melt 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips with margarine in a small saucepan.
  11. In small bowl or cup, dissolve freeze dried coffee in hot water and stir into chocolate mixture until smooth.
  12. Add sour cream, if desired, and stir until smooth.
  13. *You can omit the sour cream if you wish.
  14. Pour over the cooled brownies and spread thinly to cover.
  15. Cool completely and cut into squares.
  16. Makes approximately 24
