Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. 1. Melt butter and Cocoa on low heat
  2. 2. Add sugar, vanilla and eggs and mix (I used an electric hand mixer which worked very well).
  3. 3. Add flour gradually and in small batches mixing well with an electric mixer adding the next batch of flour once the prior is absorbed completely. Add the salt.
  4. 4. Add to a greased floured 7 inch pan and bake at 350F for ~30 min or until done.
