Brown Sugar Brownies (Blondies)

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup nuts (or other mix-ins ) (optional)

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients well.
  2. Bake in 9 inch square pan that you have sprayed well with Pam at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes.
  3. Cool before cutting.
