An easy & yummy brownie that makes a nice no-chocolate treat! Fun to vary the mix-ins - we like to add candy corn! It's a moist slightly cakey brownie that everyone will enjoy! Ingredients:
1/2 cup margarine, melted |
1 tablespoon milk |
1 cup packed brown sugar |
1 egg |
1 cup flour |
1/2 teaspoon baking powder |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon vanilla |
1/2 cup nuts (or other mix-ins) (optional) |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients well. 2. Bake in 9 inch square pan that you have sprayed well with Pam at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes. 3. Cool before cutting. |
