Broiled Parmesan Tomatoes

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350
  2. Core tomatoes and slice into 3/4 inch slices. Place in single layer on rack in broiler pan.
  3. Mix mayo, 1 tablespoon of cheese, basil and mustard. Spread about 1 teaspoon mixture over each slice. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon cheese over tomatoes. Bake about 8 minutes or until hot.
  4. Set oven to broil. Broil tomatoes about 6 inches from heat for 2 - 4 minutes or until top is golden and bubbly.
