Broccoli Soup - Gordon Ramsay Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 12 cups water
  • 1 tbsp kosher salt

Directions:

  1. Bring water and broth to boil with kosher salt.
  2. Add 2 pound bag of frozen broccoli florets, bring back to boil for 4 minutes, or until tender.
  3. Spoon broccoli into blender. Add enough water from pan until mixer is half full. Blend carefully.
  4. Add additional water as needed for desired consistency (I like to add enough water to end up with 8 cups total of soup).
  5. Garnish options: a) salt/pepper as desired. b) Drizzle a little olive oil on top if desired. c)Grate a little hard cheese on top.
