Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Unroll one of the crescent rolls and lay on baking sheet
  3. In a large skillet, saute the mushrooms and green onions in 5 tablespoons of the butter
  4. Remove from skillet and place in a bowl
  5. Brown sausage in the skillet and place in bowl with mushrooms
  6. To the bowl add the black olives, soften cream cheese, black pepper, and the creole spice and mix well
  7. Spread this mixture onto the crescent rolls
  8. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the cheese
  9. Open 2nd crescent roll package and lay on top of this mixture
  10. Melt remaining butter in microwave and brush over the top of the crescent rolls
  11. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and place in oven
  12. Bake 30 minutes or until lightly browned
  13. Remove from oven and allow to sit to firm up a bit(around 5 minutes)
  14. Cut and serve
