Ingredients:

  • 8 slices of bread
  • 2-3 bananas
  • for the people out there who love some decadent food: chocolate sprinkles, strawberries

Directions:

  1. Preheat your croque monsieur machine /panini toaster
  2. If you don't have one: you can bake the croques in the pan, but note that they will be very high in calories then.
  3. Put the chocolate spread on the bread slices
  4. Slice the bananas in little rounds
  5. Put the banana slices on top of the bread
  6. For the decadent people mentioned above: slice strawberries, put them on the bread and sprinkle with chocolate
  7. Fold the slices double
  8. Toast in your machine
  9. Tada! Enjoy!
