Ingredients:

  • 8 slices zuccini
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1/2 cup canola oil

Directions:

  1. Cut 8 slices zuccini
  2. Mix eggs, milk or cream, salt and flour together than mix it together with a fork or mixer on low.
  3. Put 1/2 cup canola oil in a frying pan and worm up, dip zuccini in bread dough and fry them until they are brown, cook on medium heat.
