This is my moms recipe, and I love it although next time I will make it with milk rather than cream. Ingredients:
8 slices zuccini |
1 cup whole wheat flour |
4 eggs |
1 cup cream |
1 tbs salt |
1/2 cup canola oil |
Directions:
1. cut 8 slices zuccini 2. mix eggs, milk or cream, salt and flour together than mix it together with a fork or mixer on low. 3. put 1/2 cup canola oil in a frying pan and worm up, dip zuccini in bread dough and fry them until they are brown, cook on medium heat. |
