Ingredients:

  • 1- 3 oz. package cream cheese (or eyeball an 8 oz. block the best you can to make 3 oz.), room temperature
  • 1/2 cup - mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp - house seasoning
  • 2 to 3 tbsp - pimentos smashed
  • 1 tsp - grated onion
  • 1 cup - salt
  • 1/4 cup - black pepper
  • 1/4 cup - garlic powder
  • mix ingredients together..........
  • store and use in other recipes!! it can be stored in an airtight container for up to 6 months

Directions:

  1. Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Add all the remaining ingredients and beat until well blended.
  3. Chill or serve at room temperature.
  4. I may be lying on the # of servings this recipe makes! Little scoops serves 15 - 20, big scoops like I took maybe 8 to 10...... :-)
