Ingredients:

  • 1.25 cup wheat bran
  • .25 tsp baking soda
  • .75 cup applesauce
  • .25 cup skim milk
  • .3 cup sugar
  • .25 cup egg product
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • .5 cup blueberries

Directions:

  1. Combine dry ingredients. Combine wet ingredients. Mix both together. Cook for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
