Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix oil, vinegar, mustard and orange juice. Stir in the blue cheese and parsley. Season to taste.
  2. Stir in walnuts before serving.
  3. Makes about 1/2 cup.
  4. Maybe be easily doubled or tripled.
