Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place bleu cheese in a bowl and mash with a fork until crumbly but not compleatly creamy
  2. Add buttermilk and continue mashing
  3. Add garlic and lemon juice and mix
  4. Add salt and pepper mix
  5. Transfer to a glass ball jar with top and refrigerate at least 4 hrs and up to a week ..if dressing seperates just shake the jar well
