this makes about 3 cups and its a great dip to have with buffalo style chix wings!! Ingredients:
1 1/2 c crumbled bleu cheese |
2 c buttermilk or full fat plain yogurt |
1 tsp finely chopped garlic |
2 tsp fresh lemon juice |
1 tsp kosher salt |
1/4 to 1/2 tsp black pepper |
Directions:
1. place bleu cheese in a bowl and mash with a fork until crumbly but not compleatly creamy 2. add buttermilk and continue mashing 3. add garlic and lemon juice and mix 4. add salt and pepper mix 5. transfer to a glass ball jar with top and refrigerate at least 4 hrs and up to a week ..if dressing seperates just shake the jar well 6. hope u enjoy |
