Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water to al dente.
  2. Drain and rinse in cold water.
  3. Whisk mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
  4. Pour over pasta, tomatoes, onion and celery and toss.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hrs.
  6. Top with bacon before serving.
