Ingredients:

  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and rinse in cold
  2. Water.
  3. In a large bowl, combine macaroni, green onions, tomato and celery.
  4. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, salt and pepper. Pour
  5. Over macaroni mixture and toss to coat. Cover and chill for at least 2
  6. Hours.
  7. Add bacon just before serving. Serve over lettuce or alone...
