Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 2 cups boiled water
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tea spoon of salt
  • 1/4 cup of oil
  • from this you will have 25 crepes

Directions:

  1. To beat eggs with milk
  2. Add sugar and salt
  3. Add flour
  4. Add gradually boiled water (be careful)
  5. Leave it for 10-15 min
  6. Add oil
  7. Bake crepes (it take near 1 min for each side)
