Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 kg crabs
  • 4 inches fresh ginger
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp cornflour
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp soybeans
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2/3 cup tomato sauce
  • 6 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp chili sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Directions:

  1. Pound ginger and soya bean.
  2. Fry ginger, chillies. Add seasonings and water.
  3. Bring to the boil and put in crab to cook 10 minutes.
  4. Add cornflour and lastly the beaten eggs.
