Spicy Ingredients:
1 1/4 kg crabs |
4 inches fresh ginger |
2 eggs |
2 tablespoons water |
2 tablespoons cornflour |
2 tablespoons water |
2 tablespoons soybeans |
2 cups water |
2 tablespoons vinegar |
2/3 cup tomato sauce |
6 tablespoons sugar |
2 tablespoons chili sauce |
1 teaspoon sesame oil |
8 chilies |
Directions:
1. Pound ginger and soya bean. 2. Fry ginger, chillies. Add seasonings and water. 3. Bring to the boil and put in crab to cook 10 minutes. 4. Add cornflour and lastly the beaten eggs. |
