Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt the butter in a sauce pan.
  2. Add the banana, cinnamon and vanilla.
  3. Simmer 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Place coffee, cream, and sugar in a blender.
  6. Add banana mixture and blend till smooth.
  7. Serve immediately.
