  1. Crust:
  2. Grease a 20cm glass pie dish with butter. Stir butter and chocolate in heavy small saucepan over low heat until melted.
  3. Finely grind cookies in processor. Add chocolate mixture. Process until crumbs are moistened. Press crumb mixture into prepared pie dish. Freeze until firm, about 30 minutes
  4. NOTE:If you desire a more crispy crust,bake it in a 350 F preheated oven for 8 minutes and cool.
  5. Filling:
  6. 1-Whisk together sugar,cornstarch,cocoa powder and salt in heavy medium saucepan to blend.
  7. 2- Whisk in egg yolks to form thick paste. Gradually whisk in milk, then cream. Whisk over medium-high heat until mixture thickens and boils 1 minute.
  8. 3-Remove from heat. Add chocolate and whisk until smooth. Whisk in orange juice and vanilla. Cool 5 minutes, whisking occasionally. Transfer filling to frozen crust. Chill until cold, at least 2 hours and up to 1 day
  9. Pipe some rosettes using a piping bag fitted with star nozzle and sprinkle some chocolate curls just before serving.
