  1. Pre-heat oven to 450.
  2. Combine sour cream and soft drink in a medium bowl; stir in biscuit mix with a fork until dry ingredients are moistened. Spoon into lightly greased miniature muffin pans; brush with half of the butter.
  3. Bake at 450 for 8-10 minutes or until golden. Brush with remaining butter and serve immediately.
