Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Clean and separate wings, making sure to remove any stray feathers and exess fat/skin.
  2. Rinse in cold water.
  3. Combine marinade ingredients in large bowl and add wings.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours minimum.
  5. In a medium sized sauce pan combine hot sauce and chili sauce with butter and heat over medium heat until butter melts.
  6. Stir in dry ingredients and bring to boil.
  7. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  8. Cool, cover and place in refrigerator.
  9. Combine dip ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  10. Cover and refrigerate.
  11. Remove wings from refrigerator when finished marinating, drain and dry with paper towel.
  12. Heat deep fryer to 180c.
  13. Fry wings until skin is golden brown and crisp.
  14. Remove and drain, allowing to slightly cool.
  15. Pre-heat oven to 350F.
  16. Place cooked wings in a large bowl and add sauce.
  17. Mix until wings are well coated.
  18. Place wings on a cookie sheet in a single layer and cook in oven for 15 minutes or until wings have dried somewhat.
  19. Remove from oven and serve immediately.
