Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F Grease an 8-inch square cake pan.
  2. Base: in a bowl, mix together flour, baking soda and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix together, sugar, egg and fruit cocktail. Blend in flour mixture. Spread evenly in prepared pan.
  4. Topping: in a small bowl, mix together brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle evenly over top of cake.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes, until golden brown.
  6. Place pan on a rack to cool completely, then cut into squares.
