Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup apple juice
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup soft butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. In separate bowl, combine flour and baking powder. Add to the creamed mixture alternately with the milk until moist. Pour into greased 1 1/2 Q baking dish. Sprinkle with the berries. Pour apple juice over the top. (Trust me on this - it actually works!) Bake 45-50 minues.
