Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Chop pork meat in tiny pieces (the way bi is cut).
  2. Heat up wok/pan til hot, pour oil and toss in garlic.
  3. Add pork, stir fry until pork is somewhat fried to a golden brown, when cooking pork, you need to strain out fat constantly.
  4. Stir in salt, pepper and onions until onions are soft.
  5. Set aside.
  6. Bbq oysters, oysters are cooked when opened, do not over cook.
  7. Remove top shell.
  8. Add pork mix, and chili sauce on top of oyster.
  9. Eat with spoon.
  10. Best when oyster is hot.
