Ingredients:

  • 800 g de batata
  • 50g de toucinho defumado (sem ser fatiado)
  • 1 colher de sopa de banha de porco
  • sal

Directions:

  1. De véspera cozinhe as batatas com casca, escorra, deixe esfriar e guarde na geladeira
  2. Na hora de utilizar, descasque e rale na parte grossa do ralador
  3. Na frigideira de ferro, coloque a banha de porco e o bacon cortado em cubos pequenos. Deixe dourar e coloque a batata ralada por cima, apertando e igualando a superfície. Tempere com sal. Deixe dourar e vire, utilizando uma travessa rasa.Doure do outro lado.
