  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl; add hot water, stirring vigorously with a fork until blended. Coat dough with cooking spray; cover and let stand 5 minutes.
  2. Press into a 10-inch circle on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 450° for 15 minutes or until golden. Cut into wedges.
