Basic Meatloaf

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 1/2 tbsp onions, chopped
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients except butter in a mixing bowl. Mix until all ingredients are incorporated. Place in a greased 13X9 inch glass baking dish, cover with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
