Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. First you pour veggie broth in a big pot.
  2. Then you can add in the barley, carrots, celery, tomatoes, zucchini, garbanzo beans, onion, and the bay leaves.
  3. Add in the seasons of garlic, parsley, curry powder, paprika, and the Worcestershire sauce.
  4. This will need to come to a boil then simmer approx. 90 min.
  5. This will be thick.
  6. Take out bay leaf right before serving.
