Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown beef and drain.
  2. Add onion, brown sugar, mustard, vinegar, ketchup, and chili powder.
  3. Simmer mixture while preparing biscuits.
  4. Flatten each biscuit into a disk.
  5. Place biscuits in greased muffin pan.
  6. Add a spoonful of beef mixture to each biscuit.
  7. Top with shredded cheese.
  8. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 18-20 minutes.
