Banana Rhubarb Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1-3/4 cups diced rhubarb
  • 1-3/4 cups sliced ripe banana
  • 1-1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp corn syrup
  • 1 large egg

Directions:

  1. Mix all of ingredients together and pour into pie crust.
  2. Dot with butter on top and let sit 10 minutes.
  3. Bake 15 minutes in a preheated 400 oven then reduce heat to 350 and bake 45 minutes.
