Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cooking spray 2 mini muffin tins.
  2. Beat egg white & sugar till fluffy ( bout 1 min).
  3. Stir in mashed banana.
  4. Add bicarb to apple sauce, let froth, then add to bowl.
  5. Gently fold in flour, mix gently to combined.
  6. Add water, mix gently.
  7. Place in mini muffin tins, makes 16.
  8. Cook for 15-20 min, till firm in centres.
