Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Cream butter and add sugar. When well blended, beat in egg, mashed bananas and vanilla. Blend together dry ingredients and mix inches Fill baking cups about 3/4 full and bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
