Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray 8 1/2 inch loaf pay w/ Pam & set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas. Add sugar. Blend until smooth. Mix in eggs & melted butter.
  3. Mix together flour, baking soda, salt. Add flour mixture to banana mixture & beat until smooth. Add vanilla & applesauce & mix until blended.
  4. Fold in the Grape-nuts.
  5. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 65 to 75 minutes or until a tooghpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes & remove from the pan.
