Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix butter, sugar and eggs.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda and salt. Mix with egg mixture.
  4. Add in mashed bananas.
  5. Pour into muffin tins.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  7. For a loaf, spray loaf pan with cooking spray, bake 45 minute, cover and cook another 15 minutes.
