Baked Yams (Or Sweet Potatoes)

Ingredients:

  • 2 large yams
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Cook potatoes in boiling water about 25-30 min, or until tender; drain.
  3. In a lrage bowl, mash potatoes and add in remaining ingredients; Beat until smooth.
  4. Bake for 15 min or until lightly brown on top.
