Baked Parmesan Macaroni

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat butter in a saucepan until melted; stir in flour until smooth.
  2. Cook, stirring, over low heat until the flour is cooked, about 3 minutes.
  3. Gradually stir in the hot milk until smooth.
  4. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture boils and is thickened.
  5. Cook, stirring frequently over low heat for 10 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile cook the macaroni on plenty of salted boiling water. Drain.
  7. Combine the white sauce, pasta, Romano and Parmesan cheeses.
  8. Pour into a buttered 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle the top with mozzarella cheese.
  9. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 until top is browned and bubbly.
