Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. 1. Cut onions into 1/2 in slices separate into rings.
  2. 2. In a bowl beat the egg whites until foamy.
  3. 3. In another bowl put the breadcrumbs, thyme, salt, paprika, pepper.
  4. 4. Then dip the onions into in the egg whites and then into the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. 5. Then place on baking tray which has been coated with nonstick cooking spray.
  6. 6. And place in fridge for about 30 minutes.
  7. 7. Then put in a preheated oven 400 degrees F for 20 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp.
