Baked Egg Custard (low carb)

Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp splenda granular
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Using custard or desert dish, beat eggs well.
  2. Add Splenda and flavoring.
  3. Stir cream or half& half into eggs and mix well.
  4. Sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon.
  5. Place in microwave and cook on 50% power for about 5-6 minutes.
  6. Custard will rise and fall as it cooks.
  7. Knife should come out clean when inserted in center of custard.
