Ingredients:

  • 1 (3 cup) box chicken rice-a-roni
  • 1 (11 oz.) can mexicorn
  • 1 (8 oz.) jar jalapeno cheez whiz
  • 1 (103/4 oz.)can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup. milk
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 21/2 cup. water

Directions:

  1. Cook rice-a-roni per directions
  2. Add corn,cream of mushroom soup,cheez whiz and milk
  3. Place in casserole dish and bake at 375 for 20 mins.
