Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except prosciutto and asparagus in a bowl and set aside.
  2. In saucepan, cover and blanch asparagus in boiling water until tender-crisp (about 2 mins).
  3. Drain
  4. Roll 1/4 of asparagus in bundle per prosciutto slice.
  5. Broil about 6 mins.
  6. Put dressing on
