Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Stir fry asparagus for 2mins in olive oil . Set aside .
  2. Stir fry shallots until soft .
  3. Add the asparagus .
  4. Add the chives , salt and pepper to the eggs and pour over .
  5. Once start to set , pour the egg whites , sprinkle the cheese and transfer it to the oven .
  6. Grill it until set .
