Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 1/2 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 1/2 lb flank steak

Directions:

  1. Whisk all ingredients.. add steak , Marinate 2 hours or more. Broil or gril 4 min per side. let rest 5 minutes. cut crosswise
